Sock Knitting Class: Toe Up July 8, June 15, June 22, 2023
Judie is back with a repeat of this popular class! If you missed it last time, this is your chance to learn from an expert sock maker!
This is a 3 part series, giving you time between classes to complete the "homework" needed, before the next skill is taught. The method taught will be a toe-up sock using 2 circular needles per sock. A gauge swatch is required to be completed before the first class, using the yarn you choose, on the needles you will be using. Gauge: you need to achieve a swatch of 7 1/2 or 8 stitches to the inch. A light colored yarn is required
Skill needed: You must know how to read your knitting, and recognize if your knitting is done correctly. You should know how to knit in the round, how to increase and decrease, and how to Knit/Purl
Materials:
Sock Yarn
2 circular needles in size to produce gauge
